Recruitment of Library Professional Assistant at Vikram Sarabhai Library, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA)

Post: Library Professional Assistant

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: A Master degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc) (60% or above) with minimum two years’ relevant experience.

Age: Min. 25 years and Max. 35 years. Government of India instructions on reservation will be followed.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidates will be offered a fixed term appointment for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 35,000/- per month. After completion of the fixed term period, candidates may be considered for permanent absorption in the Pay Band 2 (9300-34800) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- depending on the requirement of the institute, their performance and competence.
