Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements: 

• First Class OR 60% or above in MLISc or equivalent qualification with a first class OR 60% or above in BA/BSc./BCom. Degree.
• Worked for 10 years or more as Assistant Librarian (or higher designation) in the PB3 with GP of 5400 or higher (as per 6th pay Commission) in an academic library of repute.
• Managing Library in a computerized environment with experience in innovative applications of ICT in library operations/services. 
• Managing e-resources including e-journals, e-books, etc.
